Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations cause loss of income by holding up a time slot where other clients could have booked.
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment. Not doing so will result in 100% charge of the service scheduled. No-Shows will also be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
